Hello!

I would like to inquire about the products that I ordered during the Woollim Pop-Up Store Event.

Some of the items have been delivered, however, there are some items that I haven't receive. I would like to ask about the items status.
In particular, the items that are not yet delivered are the following:

PREMIUM PICTURE FRAME - JI BEOM (1)
ACRYLIC KEYRING & PHOTOCARD SET
SUNG YOON (3)
JANG JUN (2)
TAG (1)
JAE HYUN (1)
JI BEOM (2)
DONG HYUN (3)
JOO CHAN (2)

If the items are still not ready for shipping, I would like to change the delivery address because I already move to a new address.
